Founded by Alex Tempalski in 2022 and located in Pittsburgh PA (East Coast of the United States), I have over 15 years of Construction and Engineering project management, scheduling/planning, and estimating experience.  My experience includes nearly 10 years of experience managing projects and schedules for billion-dollar Engineering, Procurement, Construction (EPC) projects for an international publicly traded company.  Over the last 6 years I pivoted in my career from billion-dollar EPC projects into the Real Estate Development world focusing on Multifamily, Office/CRE. Mixed Use and Luxury Retail project management.  I've successfully managed and delivered projects in TN, OH, PA, MI, FL, LA, AL, SC, NC, and NJ for institutional clients, private clients and clients that support government projects.  These broad experiences allow me to understand your needs, and provide valuable expertise to complete your project schedules, manage your projects and estimate the project costs.
